A great opportunity to see continuous improvement techniques at the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) best practice visit to Tannoy (Music Tribe Brands UK Ltd) at Coatbridge. SMAS provides training, advice and support to business to improve productivity through Lean and Six Sigma projects. I am delighted to be a part of their delivery of Lean improvement methods to Scottish based businesses.
