Introduction to Business Strategy

I am fully prepared and ready to deliver an Introduction to Business Strategy session to a business networking group.

This will be a taster session to gauge interest in a business training and coaching package aimed at both new-start and fully-fledged micro-business Owners. The package will incorporate strategy, risk management, branding and marketing, financial planning and team working and collaboration.
