Lean continuous improvement project team workshop

Delivered a lean continuous improvement project team workshop across three days to sixteen delegates at Enva Group. This high impact action team has been formed to deliver a business critical improvement within the company. We have new formed three sub-teams with specific objectives and I will be closely involved to supporting each team throughout the implementation of the process changes.
