Business Strategy and Innovation Expert Help

We have just completed our business support projects on the 2021-2023 Expert Help programme for Lanarkshire Business Gateway.

Over 425 hours of face-to-face support was delivered to 23 SME businesses across Lanarkshire covering a wider variety of businesses and an equally wide variety of problem-solving, development, strategy, and innovation needs. We really enjoyed these projects and working with great business owners and managers. We hope they have gained considerable insight and advice during their projects.

In the 2023-2025 programme, our support will again be focussed on business strategy, improvement, development, and innovation. We have the two projects already commissioned for the current programme, and we are looking forward to providing support to many more SME businesses in Lanarkshire going forward.
